Google Nexus One full specs. T-Mobile to launch it in January, invite only?
Posted on January 6, 2010
Google’s own Android phone, the Nexus One, will indeed be launched by (or for) T-Mobile USA, as rumored before.
The smartphone features UMTS 900 / 1700 / 2100 MHz connectivity – alongside quad-band GSM – and thus it’s compatible with T-Mobile’s 3G network and won’t work on AT&T’s 3G frequencies.
According to Engadget, T-Mobile USA may launch the Google Nexus One on January 5, 2010. The trouble is that, for the beginning, the phone will be offered only by invitation – although we don’t know what you have to do (or who you need to be) in order to get an invitation.

Lengthy Google Nexus One video, Nexus vs iPhone photos show up
Posted on January 6, 2010
The number of leaked photos and videos with the Nexus One is quickly rising – and perhaps this is a sign showing that Google will announce the smartphone really, really soon.
The latest leaked stuff includes some photos that present the Google Nexus One versus Apple’s iPhone, as well as versus the HTC Hero.
As you can see (images are just below), the Nexus One is slightly smaller than the iPhone (although it has a larger and possibly better display), but bigger than the Hero.

Next we have another video preview of the Nexus One, the lengthiest until now (more than 5 minutes):

Nokia 5233, Samsung C3630, Philips X605 and X100 show up
Posted on December 19, 2009
We’ve got four unannounced (and unseen until now) phones to show you today, coming from two giant manufacturers and a not so giant one: Nokia 5233, Samsung C3630, Philips X605 and Philips X100.
The Nokia 5233 seems to be yet another version of the Nokia 5230 (joining the 5235 Comes With Music).
It’s not clear yet what are the novelties the 5233 brings, but most of its features are probably similar to the ones the 5230 has: 3.2 inches touchscreen display with 360 x 640 pixels, GPS, 3.5mm headset jack and a 2MP camera.

Palm Pre Plus, Motorola Devour and LG VS750 to hit Verizon
Posted on December 19, 2009
Verizon has sort of confirmed that it will release the Palm Pre in early 2010, but it looks like the giant CDMA carrier prepares a slightly different version of the Pre.
According to Phone Arena, Verizon’s Pre will be called Palm Pre Plus – although there’s no word yet on what the “plus” is standing for. Maybe more internal memory – let’s say 16GB instead of 8GB? We’ll probably find out soon.
